The project is planned in one phase and built in two phases. It optimizes the structure by "producing more chemicals and less oil products". The total scale is 40 million tons of oil refining, 11.8 million tons of aromatics and 2.8 million tons of ethylene. Relying on the integrated refining and chemical industry and molecular refining model, it achieves efficient utilization of materials and builds a highly competitive petrochemical industry cluster.
